1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 87bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 87bet website at https://87bet.bio and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and specialty games.

By completing the registration process and clicking to confirm your acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to comply with all provisions set out herein. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Person

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform. 2.4 Registration Accuracy

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

87bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. We may request identity verification documents — including a copy of your national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill — before approving your first withdrawal, when your account reaches specified transaction thresholds, or at any time when we reasonably believe that identity verification is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 87bet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 87bet support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional account security options available to you on the platform.

3.2 Account Currency

All 87bet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. Where a payment is initiated in another currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion costs are borne by the player.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 87bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts at the rates specified in our account management policy. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied, and the fee will only be deducted if a positive account balance exists. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for twelve months may be closed without prior notice.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 87bet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance through a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer). Balances cannot be transferred to another player's account. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 87bet account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. 87bet charges zero fees on all deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 87bet accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

87bet reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of an account review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Any balance derived from bonus funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements before it becomes eligible for withdrawal — see Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

87bet applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls across all financial transactions on the platform. Players must use payment methods registered in their own name. Any attempt to use the 87bet platform to obscure the origin of funds, process unlawful funds, or conduct layering transactions will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 87bet offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as seasonal promotions for events including Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 87bet account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The exact wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each individual promotion page before you opt in. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.

5.3 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets and slot games contribute 100% of the stake, while live casino games such as Baccarat and Roulette contribute a reduced percentage. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

87bet monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies, registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or placing bets that do not reflect genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, 87bet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account without prior notice.

5.5 No Retroactive Changes

87bet will not alter the terms of an active promotion retroactively once a player has opted in and commenced wagering. If you have claimed a bonus and are actively working toward its wagering requirement, the terms that were in place at the time of your opt-in will apply for the duration of that bonus's validity period.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 87bet are governed by the specific rules for each sport and event type, as published in the 87bet sportsbook rules section. In the event of ambiguity, the decision of the 87bet trading team is final. 87bet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly in error, that were offered due to a technical malfunction, or that were placed in circumstances constituting exploitation of a pricing error.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events, including cricket matches under BPL, IPL, and international fixtures. In-play odds are updated continuously during an event. A bet is confirmed only once it has been accepted by the 87bet system and a confirmation has been displayed to the player. Bets submitted during a period of odds refresh — indicated by a visual loading state on the platform — may be rejected and must be resubmitted. 87bet is not liable for any missed in-play betting opportunities caused by network latency or device performance issues on the player's side.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on 87bet — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and specialty games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or live dealer independently of any action by 87bet. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed to the player and the result recorded in the 87bet server log, the server log will be treated as definitive.

6.4 Disconnections

If a player is disconnected from the 87bet platform during an active game session, the game will continue to completion according to its programmed logic. For casino games, the outcome will be recorded and the resulting balance adjustment applied to the player's account automatically upon reconnection. For in-play sports bets, disconnection after a bet has been confirmed does not affect the validity of that bet. 87bet is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.

6.5 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products on the 87bet platform. These limits vary by product type, market, and individual account tier. 87bet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including applying reduced limits to specific accounts where risk management considerations require it. Players will be notified of any account-specific limit adjustments through the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 87bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the 87bet platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 87bet account.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any feature of the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, sure-betting, or any strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or any 87bet staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any component of the 87bet platform, including its software, APIs, or databases.
• Using the 87bet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction on the platform for financial gain.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with 87bet staff or other platform users.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

87bet aims to maintain platform availability of 99% or higher across all products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. 87bet is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that result from periods of platform unavailability.

8.2 Gambling Losses

All gambling activity on 87bet involves financial risk. 87bet is not liable for any losses incurred by players as a result of gambling on the platform. Players participate in all betting and gaming activity entirely at their own risk. The existence of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion — does not constitute a guarantee against financial loss.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

8.4 Indirect Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 87bet's total liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the value of funds held in that player's 87bet account at the time the claim arises. 87bet is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

8.5 Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 87bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 87bet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
